The project consistently championed for re-entry policies advocating for teenage mothers to be allowed back to school with conducive and safe environment and advocating for integration of GES4CESA and Gender Responsive Pedagogy in the education sector plan. The project implementation based on Dar es Salaam were 55 teachers (33F, 22M) trained on Gender Responsive Pedagogy (GRP). The project engaged stakeholders from different Organizations and two Ministries which are MoEST and Ministry of Community development, Gender, Women and Special Group during the launching of a country scorecard result report on implementation of Maputo protocol.
The project has resulted into improvement on integration of gender responsive practices in the learning institutions, improved accountability mechanism on Maputo protocol through and it has also strengthened FAWE Tanzania chapter on effective implementation of the program, of which institutional operational efficiency and effectiveness has been enhanced.
